My name is Shema Hassan and I practice from a compassionate client-centered lens. I strongly believe my clients are the authors of their lives, and I will be there to guide them every step of the way. We have all gone through trials, fallen off course, and felt lost at one point or another. If you are reading this, that means you have taken the first step in changing your life. I will be there to help you navigate through these obstacles. I will walk alongside you and help you adapt better coping mechanisms and work with you to formulate a plan on the road to healing.
With over 10 years of professional experience, I have worked with a diverse range of clients both in person and virtually. I have experienced overcoming grief, intergenerational trauma and post postpartum anxiety. I was able to work through these issues and learn new coping mechanisms, change my negative habits, and rewire my brain to become the best version of myself. We are all broken in some way or another.
